1. Who we are and contact
Travel Angels Group & Cruises, Inc., located at 3311 Southwest 16th Terrace, Miami, FL 33145, United States, is responsible for handling inquiries through travelangelsquince.com and go.travelangelsquince.com. Travel Angels acts as a travel agency and intermediary, organizes travel groups and accompanies families with quinceañera celebrations and related events. Cruise lines provide the cruise services under their own conditions.

2. Information you share
Inquiry fields include an adult contact's name, email address and phone number. Email and phone are required where those forms are enabled. Depending on the page, you may also provide a message, inquiry topic, city, family-travel preference, preferred sailing or another date/year. City is optional on Go.
We may also receive information you choose to share by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, passports, medical information or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
3. Forms and communications
Some form features are currently unavailable while their sending flow is being completed. Entering information into a disabled form does not submit an inquiry. Please use the available direct contact channels instead.
The main website's contact flow is designed to prepare a WhatsApp inquiry for you to review and send. Opening WhatsApp does not mean a message has been sent. The Go email inquiry service is not yet enabled; its planned delivery to Maggie does not mean a submission has been accepted. We will update this description when that service becomes available.
Messages you send through email or WhatsApp are also processed by those services. Receiving an inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
4. Why we use information
We use inquiry information to answer your questions, discuss travel options, prepare requested guidance or quotes, and follow up on the conversation. If you proceed with a booking, information needed for the requested arrangements may be supplied to the relevant cruise line or supplier; its own privacy notices and booking documents also apply.
Website operation, security and measurement may involve technical visit data. A request for a quote is not, by itself, permission to send unrelated promotional campaigns. You may ask us to stop further contact.
5. Services, cookies and providers
The websites use hosting and technical maintenance services. Technical requests can involve an IP address, browser/device details, the requested page and date/time. Language preferences and cookies or similar technologies may also be processed by website features and external services.
Google Site Kit connects the sites to Google Analytics and Tag Manager. The presence of these services does not mean every advertising or measurement feature is enabled. Embedded Vimeo videos and any externally loaded fonts can generate requests to their providers. WhatsApp and social-media links lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices.
The technical inventory of cookies, provider retention periods and consent controls is still being completed. This notice does not claim that optional technologies are blocked, that the sites use only essential cookies, or that a complete cookie-choice mechanism is available. Browser settings can restrict cookies; doing so may affect website features. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
6. Records and retention
Maggie handles inquiries. People who express interest may be recorded in a local Excel contact file, not in an operational CRM. Maggie is the only person authorized to access that file and the business WhatsApp inquiries. A local disk or USB backup also exists.
There is no single verified retention period covering every channel, technical log, mailbox and backup. Retention depends on the inquiry, any booking and the systems involved. The detailed deletion and backup process is being finalized; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule or immediate erasure from every backup. Ask Maggie about the information held in your particular case.
7. Access, correction, no-contact and deletion requests
Email Maggie to request information about your personal data, correction, deletion, or an end to further contact. Tell us which request you are making and provide enough information to locate the interaction. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been arranged.
A request only to stop contact is different from a request to delete information: a minimal “do not contact” note is retained for a no-contact-only request; that note does not delete the other information held.
For an express deletion request, the intended scope is the Excel record, the WhatsApp conversation and local backups under Travel Angels' control, without keeping a suppression identifier after deletion. The complete backup-purge and verification process is not yet operational. A request is not confirmation that deletion is complete; we will communicate its status and any applicable limits. Travel Angels cannot delete another participant's copies or copies controlled by independent providers. After a completed deletion, a new inquiry starts with information you provide again.
No fixed response time is promised in this notice. Applicable legal rights and deadlines are not limited by this statement.
8. Families and minors
Initial inquiries should be made by an adult using their own contact details. Do not enter a minor's name, age, travel documents or medical information in an inquiry. If information about a minor is needed later for a booking, ask which channel and cruise-line requirements apply before sending it. Contact Maggie if a minor has shared information directly or if you have a question about a photograph or video.
9. Updates
