Travel Angels Group & Cruises
Terms of Use
and Travel Inquiries
These terms describe use of our websites and travel inquiries. They are not a cruise reservation contract; the specific quote and cruise-line documents govern each booking.
Effective date: October 14, 2026.
1. About Travel Angels
Travel Angels Group & Cruises, Inc. is responsible for the Travel Angels websites and uses the public-facing name Travel Angels Group & Cruises. Public mailing address: 3311 Southwest 16th Terrace, Miami, FL 33145.
Office phone: +1 305-447-1039. WhatsApp: +1 305-978-8683. Email: maggie@travelangelsquince.com.
2. Website information and inquiries
Our websites provide information about quinceañera cruise celebrations and let visitors contact Travel Angels with questions or requests for information. Travel Angels acts as an intermediary travel agency: it brings travelers together as a group, accompanies the group as its guide, and organizes the quinceañera celebration and related satellite events as added value, without a separate additional Travel Angels fee for those activities. The specific program, scope, dates and availability are confirmed for each group and sailing. The cruise line’s terms and any charges stated in the applicable quote or reservation documents still apply.
A message, phone call or prepared WhatsApp inquiry is a request to communicate. By itself, it does not reserve a cabin, confirm a sailing, hold a fare or authorize a charge.
When making an inquiry, use an adult’s contact details. Do not include a minor’s name, age, travel documents or sensitive information.
3. Quotes, sailings and availability
Dates, itineraries, prices, availability, cruise-line conditions and celebration details must be confirmed for the specific sailing and reservation. General website or inquiry copy does not guarantee that a particular sailing or celebration program is available.
4. Cruise payments and Travel Angels’ fee
Payment for the cruise is made directly to the cruise line. Travel Angels does not charge a separate agency fee. Any quote, included items and other charges must be confirmed in the specific quote and reservation documents.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
The cruise-line contract and confirmation for a specific reservation govern its deposits, changes, cancellations and refunds. These general website terms do not set a universal cancellation schedule, penalty, deposit or refund deadline. Review the documents issued for the specific reservation; a general FAQ or website copy does not replace them.
6. Separate reservation documents
These terms cover website use and travel inquiries only. They are not a complete cruise contract. Review the specific quote, cruise-line confirmation and reservation terms before deciding whether to proceed.
7. Cruise-line terms and official references
The cruise line supplies the terms that apply to each reservation. When a specific quote or reservation identifies Royal Caribbean, use its official terms selector to find the applicable Cruise Ticket Contract or Booking Conditions. Royal Caribbean states that the applicable terms depend on each guest’s primary country of residence at booking. For any other cruise line, consult the official conditions supplied for that specific reservation; do not assume Royal Caribbean’s terms apply.
